CB Antenna Mounting Problems.. HELP!!

Hey guys, I got this bracket today, and i know it's not the right kind, (great that I realized that now, right?)
I need to put a regular CB antenna on this, and I need major help as how to do it.. adapter? new standard stud?

thats more for a amateur radio antenna.

remember, cb antennas have a 3/8"x24 thread on them.

adapters break, ive lost a few antennas to broken adapters.

a mount can be made rather easy. whats your plans for the antenna.

well i know i want to get at most a 4' whip

and i would really like to just use the bracket i have right now with the right connector/mount
