Changed Clutch, now sensors not working?

Hi,
I have a 2005 4.0 4x4 Ranger. Changed the clutch and master and slave cylinders. Everything went smoothly, plugged all the transmission sensors back in and now none of the sensors work that were attached on the transmission. So no secondary o2 sensors, to speedometer, etc. Checked basic fuses and verified no cuts in the wiring. Is there anything I am missing? Little puzzled, maybe im missing some fuses or something?

Welp found the issue, wiring loom got stuck between the engine and the bellhousing and got pinched. Half the wires are cut in half. Gonna be a fun fix...

Sorry, missed this when first posted
I would have suggested looking for wires pinched between bell housing and engine, a fairly common thing to happen on manuals or automatics when trans work is done
Focus is getting trans to match up, wires are not even in the thought process, until you do this once, which I did as well, lol
Education usually costs something
My first automatic install cost me ALOT, didn't "seat" the torque converter, $900, 40 years ago, to rebuild trans, same as $2,500 in today's dollars, but never did that again, so it saved me money in the long run, lol
