Got them installed Ill put up pics soon. Where do you have all yours angled? Mine were pointing to the ground and I brought them up almost as high as they'll go since I dont have high beams and I think they may need to some down. I can see everything going on inside someones car while driving behind them. I dont want to be a complete dick and pissing people off. I dont know what level they should be at since my headlights have been pointing to the ground ever since I installed them months ago. My buddy told me that in his truck, stock from the factory his lights are high enough that they light up the inside of a car in front of him. So we taped off where his lights were (on a garage his chevy 1500) and angled mine to match.
Where are all of yours on a car?

There is more then turning that screw. There are 2 OTHER adjustment screws on each headlight. Just using the top screw is a fine adjustment. The other 2 adjust up/down and left/right.
Like mentioned before, you switching to HID's is a poor band aid fix for a very MAJOR problem. Especially if you'll be venturing out on public roads. I sure wouldn't want to be oncoming to your misaligned HID's. I'd be tempted to light you up with everything I had.
I'd seriously figure out your headlight issues before swapping you vehicle to HID's. If Ford didn't put them in, there's a reason for it.
