hey guys, it's been forever since i posted over here but ive just finished up a 2.3 turbo swap and have a couple issues..

background details:
the truck is a 1996, originally a 4.0

it now has a 2.3 turbo in it, the ecu is from a 98 (code flh2), the engine harness is from a 98 as well, the trans harness is from a 96. lots of 96 guys use the 98 ecu without any of these issues so i do not think that's the problem

The stock gauge cluster is in the truck (tach/speedo) and currently the tach reads low and the speedo does not work.

does anyone have suggestions on what to check?
