I noticed some antifreeze accumalting under my truck yesterday(a 98 XLT with the 3.0). After popping the hood it appears to be coming from up under the radiator cap itself. The cap seems to be a little loose. Is this common? Should I replace the cap? Im 99% sure that is where the leak is coming from.

The cap should not be loose. If you buy a new one make sure it has the same pressure rating as your current one. It will say on the top.
