yeah 360* is the best. I've only used 120 in my truck and now in my car but have been meaning to order a set of these for better distribution.

I've never bought any from DDM though, just HIDs. Before you go saying how they're crap, mine have worked fine for over a year and I don't care to drop hundreds of dollars for a different brand

It doesn't take alot of money to build a properly done LED cluster. It does take skill and basic electrical knowledge though. I'd loan you my EE degree if I though it would help, but this kind of work can be done by even a layman electrical novice.

Nice to hear you dodged the bullet with DDM, however I've bench tested plenty of their parts (ballasts and bulbs) to know with scientific data and numbers that show the parts are junk - not just an attributive comment like "my lights still work, so they must be good."

I've collected enough fact to know that their products are substandard - so why would I waste money on testing them? Not to mention I can see right from the pictures on the web how they are engineered.

These are a good choice. However, I'd go with the WLED-WHP9 over that. More side light distribution compared with the direct light, so there should be a lot less hotspotting.

A perfect argument for an R-F "ignore" button.

 

Mine has no hot spots. They are very bright throughout
