And it's very cool for all us maping and GPS trail-making nerds......Pretty cool. Last flight I took out to Vancouver, I wished I had some idea what I was flying over - never thought of the GPS....

Hey Bob - what kind of camera do you use? I've been wanting to upgrade from my Minolta 35mm SLR to digital SLR - are you using a DSLR? You have a ton of beautiful pics.

Thats pretty cool. I do the same thing when I go on trips, but I think I read somewhere that running a gps receiver on a plane is a no no (at least in continentals pamphlets). Although I haven't noticed a problem with the plane when I run mine lol.

How long does your laptop take to start with all those toolbar icons. They take forever to load????

It's very fast.....an IBM (Lenovo) T60, with 2GB of RAM, and a Duo processor.
