difference of exhaust systems

whats the difference between a 'Dumped' system and a Swept side? i know dumped is cheaper, but really...does it make a difference? i was thinking about gettin the Gibson dual swepts system, but now that i see the 'dump' method and considering it.

suggestions? comments? concerns?

Members have tried the dumped exhaust but most of them complain that it gets really loud in the cab becasue the exhaust is trapped under the truck

ok sweep side can be exit just like a lightning with tips before the tire of like a gibson exhuast just after the rear tire on an angle.

now dumped is just right after the muffler you put a 45-90deg bend and angle it down. really i had that for a year i hated it after a while you get this like resonating sound inside that cab that can get REALLY anoying. and also alot of exhaust gases stick under the truck and i couldnt open my back slider in the summer because my truck would sell like exhaust. I have duals now and i wont go back

do you think the gibson extreme duals can be modified to be place in front of the back wheels? i am hoping to do this because i recently tried a flex and the stock exhaust blocked the way. its soo annoying!
