is there is difference from a mazda ecu to a ranger?
i want to know is the mazda computer the same as a ford ranger, or is there different thingys?

no difference man...it's a ford ranger with mazda badging! Though, i would add....if you are needing a new one....get one from the same year, same engine, same trans truck(ranger or mazda)

Chips for a Ranger will work for a Mazda. Just give them the number off your computer when you order.

It would be in a tag with a bar code on the side of the ECU.
