weird Electrical connector

Hey guys does anyone know what this connector is for. It's on the passenger side fender I don't believe its the eec test port cause it's only 2 inches wide. But I could be wrong.

WOOOOO your prewired for cruise control!

All you need to add cruise is the servo, cable (engine specific, can get at dealer for 25 bucks), buttons, and a clockspring.
