DOOR AJAR LIGHT WON'T GO OFF!

So I'm a delivery driver.

Tonight i forgot a persons drink in my 99 ranger extended cab. i went out, opened the passenger door, got the drink and gave it to them. I came back and got back in my truck and shut the door. the interior light was still on, so i slammed the driver door shut. Still, Door Ajar light and interior light on. So i get out to the passenger side. On this truck you really gotta whack the doors shut harder than most cars ive driven or owned. So it didn't seem abnormal. Opened it, and slammed it shut. Light didn't go off. I did it THREE more times for each door, including the rear suicide doors, ensuring every door was flush. Still a warning light, and interior light. I was forced to drive with the interior light on (luckily after 5 mph it automatically shuts off), but the Door Ajar light was still on. Shutting the doors and using the lock button on the key fob makes it honk twice, signalling that the truck believes the door(s) are open. I managed to "fix" the problem by slightly jiggling the rocker in the door latch on the passenger side, which solves the problem, but once you open the door again you still have the same problem, and you have to jiggle the rocker in the latch again. It's annoying and it's never happened. What should I look into? Is it the door switch? If so, how do i access/remove it?

Never mind. Did the ol' wd40 in the latch fix, and she is working good as new :)

Glad you searched. Mine hasn't come back on in this truck for a bit over a year and a half now
