Light bar.....how do i get the wires inside the truck?

I am getting my lights on Tuesday so I will probably wire them up then....How do I get the wires inside the cab without drilling a hole in the cab?

roof bar? i think most people run them around the gaskets in the door or behind the gasket. Zach Stone has posted up pics before of how he has them run into the cab

I had a roof bar on my old ranger, I am NOT the mechanical engineer in the family so my mechanical creativity is limited. My 90 had a rear light on top of the cab. I ran the wiring through there (and used gasket maker to seal up the extra space made by running the wire through the rear outer light. Ill see if I can find some old pics

Hey Maurice, any chance you'd have a measurement from one side to the other? Just got me thinking since they make one that goes from a 91 to an 01 Explorer, maybe fit my danja ranja. Just curious man.

I pmed him the same question this is his answer:

"yea it will fit on a Ranger....it was originally for an Explorer.....the bar starts life as a 56" long bar and you have to cut it down to fit....56" is even too much for an Explorer...."

i took 7" off each side of the bar to fit my Bronco II.....it started life as a 56" bar and I made it a 42" bar.....it could have another 3" off each side if needed.....the bar is slotted for the mounting bolt...
