E-Brake sticks...

I have a 01 5 spd. and when ever i use the e-brake, i release it and it doesn't release all the way and it takes about a min or so of driving it for it to loosen up. is there something wrong with my cable. i thought maybe the cable needs to be adjusted, if so how do you adjust it?

Cable frequently rust up inside. Best thing to do is replace the two rear cables.

if you replace your cable and it still sticks, your drum hardware could be stiff. Mine did that and you could tell just by looking at it that everything was roasted in there...just had that prolonged really hot rust look. New pads, drums, hardware, and some rust cleaning fixed it.
