Engine Compressor Noise ?

Have a 04 Ford Ranger 3.0 with 52K. I have replaced the Belt, Tensioner, and Idler Pulley, Power Steering Pump. I still have a High Pitched Whining noise, Sounds like it is coming from the compressor now. What would need to be replaced on it? I assume it would be the bearings and clutch? The A/C still works fine. Any idea on the cost of the parts and possible labor cost involved. Also is 8 years old and 52K sound rite for replacement time? THANKS!!!

Before replacing anything further, I'd recommend getting a can of Silicon Spray Lube. If you can replicate this nose with the truck parked and running try spraying the drive belt and see if the nose goes away. If not, liberally spray the drive belt and take it for spin and see if it still make this nose.

If the nose is still there, invest a few bucks in a mechanics stethoscope (click this link mechanics stethoscope) to see if you can narrow down where this nose is coming from.
