Factory trailer harness bad

2001 ranger with factory wiring harness. the left turn signal wiring is bad.
i want to replace the whole thing. on my 93 it was just a T connector and this one looks its going up to the taillight assembly. havent fully looked at it, will have to pull spare tire to get hand up between it and the hitch. none of the local stores have one for a ranger. im guessing with the year difference and bulb change that ones from a mazda wont work. Not in any rush just would like to have them just in case.
anyone know of a part number i can use for wiring or should i just do the redneck thing and tap into that side that doesnt work at the taillight?

i had the same problem in mine, the wiring was coroded almost all the way to the cab. I made my own harness. Goto the autoparts store and the trailer connector and it should have a lengthy harness that comes with it. Find all the wires yourself. Grab a voltmeter and yank one of the taillights down. Youll find all your wires at the bulb itself (blinker, running light, brakes) Like an hour long project if that
