fan only blowing on high

fan only blowing on high

my interior heater/ac fan only blows on high speed i have tried many things all the fuses and things and i think it is the resistor panel but i don't know where the panel is so help me

The resistor is mounted to the fan housing in the engine compartment below the fan. Browse through my Cardomain pages on the EATC swap and you'll see some pics showing you where it is since you have to change it out for the EATC swap.
