Flasher/Hazards Won't Light - Broken Wire Says Dealer

I have a 1999 4wd extended cab 4 door 4.0L Ranger.

The blinkers don't signal, nor do the hazard lights work. This includes the dash lights - nothing.

I've replaced the steeing color signal/hazard switch - $75.
I've replaced the Turn/Hazard 'relay box' - $25.
All fuses are good.

Still no fix. Took it to the dealer, they isolated it to a broken wire but wanted $300 in labor to fix it - No go for my budget. They won't tell me which line is broken.

Brake, reverse, and all other head lamps work.

Can someone help me with a wire diagram for my 1999 truck to help me narrow in on which wire is broken?

Thank you so much ahead of time!!

I think I found it. This diagram should be super helpful. I'm assuming its a wire from the always hot box to the relay, considering the dash lights are not lighting either.

I don't have the specific answer you're looking for, although I do wish you the best of luck and a bit of advice.

Watch yourself around dealerships. They've universally earned the name 'stealership' for a good reason. Not all stealerships are bad, but the good ones are few and far between.

Hey I appreciate all the advice I can get. But more specifically, you mean to watch out for them trying to make a buck, not like watch out for them to cause problems that I might need to return to pay them for right? That sounds like some mafia stuff right there. ha

Both, really. I've run into the latter, however at one instance. I doubt a dealership would cause problems to then make money off of, though.
