Foglight mod on a 1999?

Has anyone done the foglight mod on a 98 or 99? I was wondering if it's the same "bend the tab on the relay" program, or more in depth. Thanks

Works on 2001~2003 Rangers with factory foglamps, possibly others.
Does not work on 2004+ Ranger.

Ok, thanks. I had a guy wondering if he could do it, but I didn't want to go guessing on someone elses truck. I do remember his fuse/relay box was different then my 2002.

1999~2000 Ranger foglamp mod:

This mod may be illegal in some states, especially if you also have driving lights that come on with the high beams. Many states limit you to 4 forward-facing lights.

I can't get the link to open on how to do the wiring fog light mod to my '98 ranger. Is there something I need to do or someone to contact to get access to this link?
