Front driver squeaking noise
Front driver squeaking noise
I've got a problem with my 2010 Ranger 4x4. When driving there is a constant slight noise coming from the front drivers side wheel that sounds like a chain dragging. When I get to driving 35+mph the noise turns into a loud, high pitched squeak coming from the same area. The loud squeak comes and goes and always stops once I hit my breaks. Any thoughts? Front wheel bearings were replaced 7k miles ago, front rotors/ brake pads replaced 10k miles ago... Thanks

Could be new pads or caliper issue, caliper not releasing all the way, which can be a flex hose issue as well
Jack up both front wheels
Spin both wheels, see if you hear the noise
Apply brakes
Re-spin wheels to see if both are fully released
Pads should always rub but just barely
Jiggle both wheels to see if a "new" wheel bearing is failing, getting loose
