Fuel pump not coming on

1999 2.5L step side, Fuel pump not coming on, checked fuse, relay, and inertia switch. What are the wire colors for the pos and neg for pump just before gas tank. are there any connectors between fuel tank and inertia switch?

i would suspect that your fuel pump has failed

If you looked at inertia switch then that's the wire color for fuel pump
Usually Pink/black, and Black ground wire.
There should be 4 wires back by the tank.
2 for fuel gauge and 2 for pump, fuel gauge uses 5v pulse so just check each wire for 12v, if you got 1 then pump is bad
