Alright so my headlights are not working correctly. When turn them on they don't come on. But I can pull the high beam handle back and the high beams will come on. But only if I continue to hold the handle back. It's gotta be a fuse? I looked up the fuse box diagram and I'm still confused on which one it is. Is it a headlamp...? HID?

Fuse 12 in the Engine fuse box powers BOTH low and high beams, so if "Flash to Pass" high beams work then this fuse is OK
The power from fuse 12 for the LOW BEAMS and regular high beams runs to the Main Light switch, "flash to pass" doesn't it runs directly to Multi-function switch(turn signal stalk)
So it could be Main Light switch issue
OR
Multi-function switch issue
The power from main light switch runs to the Multi-function switch and then out to the head light, low or high beam
There are 2 fuses in the Cab fuse box, 4 and 8, these are for low beams only, but high beams should work even if these fuse were blown(push forward on multi-function switch)
So your problem should be in Main Light switch or Multi-function switch
It would be easiest to remove the clamshell covers from the steering column to expose the multi-function switch and its wire connector, unplug it
You will see a Red/Yellow stripe wire that comes from Main light switch
Test that wire for 12volts with Main Light switch ON
If no 12volts then Main light switch is the problem, change it
If there is 12volts then replace Multi-function switch
If you have to replace the Main Light switch then UNHOOK BATTERY FIRST!!!
Once you have the old switch out hook battery back up temporarily and test if the Dark Blue/Orange stripe wire has 12volts, this is from fuse 12 in engine bay
If so then unhook battery again and install new light switch
If no 12volts then you have a wiring issue from fuse 12 to the main light switch, which will require much more work to diagnose
On the Main light switch there will be a
Battery---fuse 12---------------------------Main light switch------------multi-function switch===========================headlights
