Headlight help

I just got some silverstar ultras and i am having trouble instaling them. How do i take out the old bulbs, the battery and the air filter box are in the way. I have a 1999 4.0.

the bulbs should just twist out. If they are a little off kilter you might have to take your headlights out that happened to me once
