Help with diagnosing OBD readings

I have slow shifting issues so I have a feeling I have a transmission issue, possible a low pressure issue. Problem is, I'm still pretty inept at mechanical stuff and need some help. I have OBD readings to help with but I have nothing to compare them to to see if any of them are abnormal. Can someone help me? I also have idle data if it's needed.
