when my lights are on, the left indicator light stays on, no flasher, right indicator works and flashes, left hand side amber indicator on front and rear stays lit, now when the lights are off both work but when i use left signal the whole instrument cluster flashes with it ... any suggestions extremely appreciated as im rolling probable cause right now

 

Do you have aftermarket lights? or housings? you might have a bad ground. i had an eclipse with the same issue. ( i work at an automotive shop )

 

Check the ground connections at the radiator support on left side in engine compartment (behind left headlight) or the one on left fender back towards the firewall.
