I never got a nice metal mounting bracket like shane did and i have to use zip ties. Im going to drill 4 holes one on each side and zip tie them in a +. I was also think about doing two per side to hold it really good like this #. Just wanted to make sure befor i do anything. thanks

Are they water proof? Seems to me they might allow some rain water in if they're not water proof.

Im not to sure if they are or not...it will be between the grill and the radiator. They would also be behind the hood latch.

I don't have any pictures of mine yet. But heres a random picture I found on Google, they are pretty much in the areas on the bottom left and right corners of the pic.

OHHHH...forgot to comment on that! lol. I think my Xentec's came with 3M ahesive thingys....my fog ones are stuck to my header panel using those. never had a problem and they've been there since April....so they've seen the rainy fall and rainy winter so far.

I installed my 4 ballasts (headlights/foglights) above the plastic wheelwell covers inside where the fenders are. I screwed the brackets right into the sheetmetal and they really don't get wet because the plastic is in the way.
