How to Do an Idle Relearn - RANGER 2008

Hello to all,
Does anyone know how to properly perform a Idle Relearn on a Ford Ranger 2008 2.3L ?.

If you have an OBD2 reader then do a Computer reset, clears all learned data

Or unhook 1 battery cable for 10 min, clears all computer data and radio/clock, lol
