i replaced the battery the solinod and i still don know what wrong i need help

that sounds like the solenoid would of been the problem. i know it usually doesnt happen but do you think maybe they gave you a bad solenoid? i dont think theres anything else that would make it do that, it could possibly be a fuse, have you checked all of them?

Grounds grounds grounds.
It's a 94 so things WILL be corroded.
Battery to frame , battery to engine...ect
Cables can and do corrode inside the terminal ends.
