Help identify some wires

I noticed these two wires hanging down after I had slept in my truck, so I was wondering if I might have knocked them loose somehow. One looks like a ground wire. They are both on the drivers side, white one is behind the parking brake, other one is coming down above the gas pedal. I googled around a bit, but I am not sure exactly what terms I am looking for.

Follow the wires to see where they go. Definitely not factory.

The white wire is ground for something. The red wire probably is 12v to something but isn't connected at the moment. Our dashes are easy and not huge so it's super simple just follow the wire and see what the other end is attached to then post back up with what you find.
