ABS brakes activating at low speeds

Hello,

I have a 2002 mazda b4000 auto...and have been having some trouble with my abs. When traveling at low speeds the abs kicks in. Basically, i come to stop at a light, and the pedal pulsates and fades and I roll an inch or 2. the brake pads had been recently replaced all around at a local shop.

I first thought about the brake fluid, and swapped that out, with no improvement. Now I have been reading something about a speed sensor that might be fouled up, or loose, or something that could cause this problem.

has anyone out there dealt with this, or have any ideas?
