need wiring help

hey guys so i have a problem. Let me explain first. I have my factory fogs wired in as lights that are on anytime the key is on. I have offroad fogs that can be used anytime the headlights are on. I also have 2 gauges wired in to other things too. Now, I was having problems with the gauges so i took all the wiring apart. So what happened is 2 nights ago i was pulling out of my driveway and i hear a sound and I later find it was one of my wires getting tangled inthe steering column. So it ripped a wire out and after that my headlights and my off road lights dont work but i basically took all the wires out and re ran them. So anyhow I think i shorted the lights out. But I changed the headlight bulb and it still doesnt work and neither does my offroad fogs so basically I think i shorted the whole system out so any suggestions?

Did you have any of those power wires fused?

You could of fried a light then, your lucky the wiring didn't catch on fire. You should always fuse a power wire as close the battery as possible.

Look in the fuse panel. You probably popped a fuse or two in there.
