85 ranger I just got key was stuck in switch. I discovered a **** under the column up by the steering wheel. Push or pull it to be able to get the key switch to move to the lock position,remove key. Also borrowed a friends rig (Chevy s10) awhile back it also has a **** or lever you have to move to get the switch to the lock position.
