The clip just snapped right off when I barely took it off. Now it won't connect back in. Do they sell replacement connectors at the auto stores? Any recommendations? Was thinking about just soldering the new connector on instead of re-running it.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like they sell just the connector. Might check the salvage yards.

 

Yes, ^^, wrecking yard is best bet, cut the broken one off to take with you.
