LED speaker light?

Hey guys, I bought the like $30 Dual brand speakers from walmart (I know, I know..) And I've had them for 2 years now at least. Well here recently, one of them started staying lit up all the time. So I pulled the fuse out of the holder. Now it lights up dimly whenever the radio is on. Any suggestions on what's causing this? I'm going to pull the speaker and inspect the audio wiring and the LED wiring. Open to suggestions though.

Sounds like a short to power.

Even with the fuse unplugged, it lights up very dim when the stereo was on. Also, I have it wired up to a relay.

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere is back-feeding to the lights.
