I think I understand what you're saying.

What are you doing that gives you headlights or no headlights ?

Ok if I pull the headlights dimer **** out it turns on the headlights and flashes the instament cluster, but if I slowly push the **** in the headlights turns of and the instrument cluster turns on and the taillights turn on

Sounds like a bad headlight switch.

I just replaced it like half hour ago and the problem still exists, so I don't know if I have to bad ground or a bad wire
