Need to install hood cable.
Was looking for a little guidance in installing a hood cable on my 98.
any advice?

Is there a certain part you are replacing or the whole assembly?

I guess it ould be the assembly. Dont think you can just replace cable.

Do you know of a inexpensive website to buy one of these. My wholesale price from the local dealer was 50 bucks.

50 bucks for the assembly from the dealership doesn't seem bad. Unless I'm misunderstanding the complexity of the system
