Looking for wire loom harness clips for ABS harness
 

Folks, I'm looking to buy some new wire loom harness clips for the front ABS sensor cable on a 2005 ranger. All I can find are ones sold with a new sensor cable which seems ridiculous. I've looked thru all sorts of suppliers but no one seems to sell them with that rectangular base. Any thoughts other than spending 60 bucks for a new sensor to get 3 new clips with it???
