Losing power after driving for a while

Hello guysI have a problem that is driving me crazy and i am here seeking help. I have a 2013 ranger 2.2 4x4. 100k miles. I had an engine issue where one of the pistons blow up and 2 others cracked i think the reason was a tuning chip that came with the car. I rebuilt the whole engine then a few issues started to pop up. After driving for around 30 to 40 miles the car loses power like if it is in limp mode. It takes ages to take off in first and second gear and it doesn't go beyond 45 miles an hour. I have an odb adapter that gives me real time data. What happens at that moment is the turbo boost is low. Fuel flow rate is almost as half as it is in normal use and the engine load is almost 100% all the time

Also the center console areas gets really hot after some time driving and today it started makinga. Weird noise when accelerating hard it's like a whistle coming from the exhaust. The mechanic is scratching his head as none of the issues can be recreated at the spot. If i just rev the engine the whistle is not there i have to be driving.
I hope someone could give me just a tip of the line to get after. I am thinking maybe the dpf is clogged but if it is then why does it only lose power after almost an hour of driving. Could it be the transmission even tough it is works normal even if it feels hot.

Any help is appreciatedThank you in advance

Welcome to the North American Ranger forum

We never got your T6 Model Rangers here, we call them "International Rangers" because they couldn't be sold here or even imported
Our Ranger were smaller, and only made from 1983 to 2011, and no Diesel engines, so not at all the same truck

Try Australian Ranger forums, they got the T6 models there, and english language if that's your choice
