Loud hvac fan

Hey guys, When I turn my HVAC fan on high it's loud, It almost sounds like something is rubbing against the fan blades.

Anyone else ever have this problem? and Where is the fan located on a 2000 ranger?

My truck sucks up leaves and sticks in the fall.

Pull the blower and clean it.
