LOUD Knock in steering

So this problem has been around months now and i cant stand it anymore, i need to get it fixed. basically when i drive and the vehicle sways, i hear a popping noise. turning corners as well will make a popping/snapping noise that vibrates the wheel slightly. (balljoints are brand new) also when it is parked and you shake the truck you can really hear it. so I took a video:

This view is looking up towards the passenger side front tire. being filmed from just in front of the driverside tire. part of the steering assembly (no idea what its called) this is where im 90% sure the noise is coming from.

Sounds like a loose shock to me. If not then i would check your tie rods and make sure that the nuts are tightened and they don't have any play in them. Jack up the front of your vehicle and grab the tire on the 3 o clock and 9 o clock position and wiggle it back and forth (make sure the steering wheel is locked also) if you have any excessive play then parts in your steering need to be replaced.

Sounds like shocks could be it to me also. Check to make sure they are tight and the bushings are still there. Maby sway bar loose or missing bushings also but I dont think it is that. I dont know much about TTB suspension but maby its a coil spring isolator missing or worn.
