Truck..2006 FX4 110K miles.

I was installing heated seats over the weekend and shorted something out. The seat heaters have an ignition controlled power feed via a relay controlled harness.
After the short, the radio, windows, wipers and blower have stopped working. Have checked all the fuses and relays both in the cab and under the hood No blown fuses but interestingly, fuse 21 and 22 have no power.
Does my truck have any fusible links or a main power fuse somewhere? Or does this sound like a GEM module issue? (Do I even have a GEM?) Have done extensive searching on the forums but can't seem to find an answer.

No GEM but you do have a SJB(smart junction box), which you have already found.
