Major Problem Need Assitance!
Noticed this yesterday. When ever I apply pressure to my brakes a whine/grind comes from my engine bay. Then when I let off the brakes it continues until I reach about 4th gear. What could it be?

I dont have my neons anymore. It has to be a mechanical problem, I just cant pinpoint it!
