Mechanic Recommendations DC area?

I have a 1991 Ranger with a 2.3 engine. Love this truck. Anyway driving down the road it just lost power and then cut off. It won't start, just cranks. I put in a new fuel pump, still no start. All I know is that it's definitely not the timing belt. Is there someone in MD, VA, PA or DE that knows what they're doing and get me back on the road? I am willing to tow this truck to you. Can you guys recommend someone in this area who has experience with old Ranger pickups?
Thanks in advance

How do you know ?

If it was recently replaced, it would probably be one of the first things I'd check.

I did check it and it's not broken. Checked the fuses, they're all okay too. It's something to do with not getting any spark. i don't know how to diagnose exactly what the issue is. I've had this truck for at least 8 years and it's always started without issue.
