Misfiring
 

Okay i have searched all over the site and cant find anything like my issue so im posting my own. I have an 06 ranger xlt 4.0 SOHC 4x4 and it just crossed over 140k and threw a CEL. I plugged in my code reader and it showed 0303 and 0306 so i did plugs and wires thinking maybe they were still the original ones as ive only had the truck for 20k miles. Finished those and it still throws 0303 so i thought maybe i didnt get it in all the way, wrong. I tested spark at the coil, good, brand new ngk plugs and motorcraft wires so any ideas what it could be? Im at a loss. Seems like plugs and wires shouldve fixed both cylinders that were misfiring but i still have one thats missing. Any help is appreciated
