Greetings from Hawaii!! My wife and I are in Hawaii for our 30th wedding anniversary! On the flight yesterday, I played with one of my favorite toys,
a bluetooth GPS receiver, and DeLorme map software. Here are some

how much does that program cost? i wouldn't mind having it for future trips!

Sweet! I have the Microsoft version of that (Streets and trips '06) plus a GPS receiver for my laptop and love it. I need to find a cheap way to mount my laptop in the truck. As for Hawaii, I was in Maui in summer '05, loved every minute of it!

 

^^were did you find the laptop GPS reciever? i wouldn't mind having 1, i have streets and trips...

 

527mph is fast. Have a good time down there. I've always thought it was a pretty place.

The GPS receiver I have is a US Global Sat BT-359W. Before the BT-359W, I had the DeLorme BlueLogger Bluetooth GPS receiver. I found that the BT-359W has a much better "front-end", receiving signals much better than the
BlueLogger.

the DeLemore program, did it come with a reciever or did you have to buy it seperate?

 

I had the DeLorme GPS, when I bought the latest version of the Street Atlas map software (Street Atlas 2007 PLUS). But, since getting the latest map software, I bought the BT-359W, which works with the DeLorme map software:
