i recently bought a 2.3 l 4cyl 5spd and it will start and run but it idles real rough and hesitates real bad i replaced the cap and button and plugs and wirs im thinkn a may be out of timing sum times i drive thru town and every thing and it will run ok but most of the time it is idleing bad and sputtering

 

vacuum leak anywhere?

 

ive searched every wheer the pcv valve was disconected and i put it back in but its still running the same im thinking maybe the egr valve or possibly when i put the timing light it was saying 13 degrees befor top dead center but it is supposed to be 10 but wouldnt that truck not even start if it was out of timing cause sumtimes it runs ok and sumtimes it dont
