I think my turn signal ticker is burning out...

Every so often, when turning on my right turn signal, the ticker gets stuck and makes a long buzzing sound... im geussing this isnt normal, where is this buzzer for the turn signal anyways?

'Fraid not, thread-jackin' Andrew.

Yours are on the interior fuse panel.
One is hazards (on the rear of fuse panel), one is turn signals (the round one in the corner).
