Need help!

So i am going to purchase my cb radio and antennas and such ok, so i am going to get one cobra 19 radio and 2-2' Firestik FS antennas, 2 springs 2 studs and 0ne 18' firestik coaxial cable

Does the springs fit the studs and then the antenna go on top of the spring? does it all fit together like that?

On a Ranger you only have enough room for a single antenna to work properly.
In answer to the question , yes the spring screws into the stud and the antenna screws into the spring.
To utilize two antennas ( a co-phased array) they need to be separated by 1/4 wavelength. For CB that would be ~102 inches.
Also a coax setup using 75 ohm cable of equal lengths must be run to each antenna.
The standard 50 ohm will make it impossible to get a decent SWR.
The reason you see twin antennas on semis is for the directionality .They place more signal forward and to the rear of the vehicle than to the sides . Which is ideal for truckers.
