Need some ideas.
how to secure my topper on without using these clamps that i have. they are bulky and just pinch @ where they are, it doesn't leak by i need something better.
i was thinking about 2 small strips of metal that lay ontop of the topper, and bolt down into the bedside.
anyone have any other ideas or options?

What about trimming that down? Making those clamps a little more 'low profile' ish. Or you could always drill holes in the topper and beside and bolt it down. Then get plugs for it when you take the topper off.
