Needed Wiring Diagram 2001 gauge cluster w/tach

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the gauge cluster on a 2001 Ranger.
I am replacing my 97 Ranger cluster (no tach), with one from a 2001 (with a tach). From what I have read there are a few differences (door ajar, check engine, etc..) I have a wiring diagram for my 97, would like one from the 2001 to compare. Does anyone know what year the changes occurred. From everything I can read, 1995-97 were exactly the same, but I am not sure about 98 and up?
