Did it not come with push through the radiator retainers? What do the instructions say? You are trying to mount it to the radiator or wire it up right now?

instructions are for putting in the retainers and whatnot but they only have "blue to negative; black to positive". but they gave me a whole bunch of wires that i am not goes where and i dont really trust myself enough to wire it.

battery + the B terminal on your control module with inline fuse holder, negative battery terminal to the G terminal on control module. connect the + terminal on the module to a 12 volt power source( I spliced mine in with the battery + lead to the B terminal because I wanted a constant power) You may prefer a key-hot power supply for the + terminal. From the C terminal, run a wire to the positive wire that turns the a/c compressor on. All of this info should be available with the instructions that came with your fan. I made aluminum brackets to mount the fan and re-locate my power steering bottle.

unless your planning on running a switch to manual turn the fan on/off, your need there temp sensor/controller kit. They have many options, I would call flex-a-lite and ask what your best option would be. They offer a controller that is covered with a plastic box, I don't know the part number, but it comes with the flx-180, I believe that is the part you need to make your install right.

mine works great, slightly better fuel economy and the truck warms up quicker. I live in Michigan, so the warming up quicker part doesn't matter now, being it's summertime, but it will sure be nice in the winter months.
